A lively, fruity and varietal bouquet of Pinot Noir with aromas of plum, dark raspberry and macerated dark cherry. Some softer oak spice suggestions with mild toasty qualities and whispers of brown spice. Dry on the palate with an immediate presence of red berry fruit flavours, acidity and noticeable yet moderately intense tannins. Balanced dry finish. Drink now and through 2022.
