Immediately complex, intriguing and alluring with a bouquet and palate filled with mineral, earth, brown spices, fine tannins and abundant acidity nestled against flavours of wild cherry, raspberry, red apple skin and wild flowers. A distinctive soft wild thyme note adds a savoury layer; perhaps some whole bunch used as well. Complex, interesting and youthful with tension and poise. Medium+ length and complexity. Decant or drink from 2020 through 2030.
