A subtly complex bouquet with suggestions of youthful new vanilla scented oak, apple flesh, grapefruit, white peach, a hint of quince and a building intensity of cashew and other nutty qualities. Dry, fuller bodied, youthful and flavourful palate. A mix of baking spice, nutty oak, grapefruit, apple and stone fruit flavours. Overall youthful, complex and enticing with medium+ acidity, fine to very oak tannins and a lengthy finish. This wine has potential for some longer term cellaring if executed correctly. Decant for service  - best from 2020 through 2030+
