Mills Reef Winery Estate Syrah 2016 Hawkes Bay

Ripe red berry fruit aromas of Syrah with red currants, red cherry, some red apple skin laced with a soft white pepper and mild toasty oak core. Dry, fruity, crisp and dry. Flavours of red berries and forest fruits, some red floral notes and laced with wood and pepper spices. Firm youthful acidity, medium weight, balanced and well made. Drink now and through 2022.
