Mahi Pinot Noir 2016 Marlborough

Very fragrant and floral with ripe fruit scents of sweet cherry, red apple, ripe cranberry and light strawberry moment. Fine oak spice layer with a toasty nutty oak layer. Complexity builds as the wine opens up in glass revealing a layer of minerality. Dry, complex, layered and fruity. Flavours reflect the bouquet, fine yet abundant tannins, medium+ acidity. Lengthy complex finish.  A great example of Marlborough Pinot Noir. Drink now and through 2026.
