Complex bouquet with layers of fruit, lees and barrel spices. Wood influenced fruit flavours of peach, nectarine and baked goods emerge, baking spices of vanilla and a little clove also show. Dry tense and fruity on the palate with firm textures, high acidity and less barrel combinations. A lovely wine showing the breadth and depth Sauvignon Blanc from Marlborough can bring.
