Fruity, varietal, ripe and distinctive with aromas and flavours of red cherry, fresh cranberry, red plum and fresh red apple. Some floral and mild oak spices adding in a mild complexity. Dry with fine mild tannins and medium+ acidity. Flavours of plum and red apple dominate followed by a mild savoury oak spice layer. balanced and well made. Drink now and through 2022.
