Haha Chardonnay 2017 Hawkes Bay

Lifted and refreshingly youthful bouquet of white and yellow peach, floral then some sweet citrus and soft oak spices showing vanilla and some butter notes. Dry, fresh, fruity with a layer of spice from oak and fermentation. Some warmth, very fine wood tannins, medium+ (ish) acidity, some mild nutty oak and butter notes. Balanced and well made. Drink now and through 2022.
