A fruity and varietal bouquet of Gris with apple and green pear suggestions showing a mix of ripeness levels and light lees and herb note. Just dry on the palate with flavours of pear and apple and citrus peel, a pinch of phenolics then leesy light ginger note with white pepper spice. Lighter weight expression with balancing acid line. Best offered with food. Drink now and through 2019.
