Hawkshead Riesling 2015 Central Otago

Pristine, pure and vibrant bouquet of Riesling with aromas of lime and green mandarin, green apple and wet stone. Off-dry with some residual sweetness immediately offset by high toned acidity. Lemon, green apple and lime flower flavours. Persistent flavours through a lengthy finish. Balanced and well-made. Drink now and through 2023.
