Alluring and full bouquet with aromas of lees and oak then apple and citrus, a touch of quince then peach and vanilla. Fuller bodied on the palate with flavours of barley sugar, peach, quince, vanilla and toasty oak. Medium+ acidity and weight, a layer of spice and yoghurt-like character. decent length and memorable flavours. Drink now and through 2022.
