Generous and fruity bouquet of Otago Pinot with aromas of black cherry and plum, wild raspberry and schist[ous] hard soils. No mistaking the power of oak here with plenty of barrel spice and toasty wood aromas. On the palate - vibrant, complex, spicy and loaded with textures and fruit flavours. Brown spices, ripe berry fruits & a nut-like layer to the wood. Firmer youthful tannins and acidity, very lengthy finish. Best from 2019 through 2026.
