Amisfield Pinot Gris 2017 Central Otago

Aromas of Asian white spices, sweet pears and apple; a light floral note and wet stone mineral moment. On the palate - more intense with layers of white fleshed fruit, both fruit and wood spice, plenty of texture with a coarse silk and lees feel; medium+ (ish) acidity, some residual sweetness adding weight and roundness. Balanced and well-made. Drink now and through 2019.
