Dark cherry, toasted plum, black currant, black berry and dark chocolate. Dark toasty brown spices especially clove. Dry, very fruity, peppery spices and bold forward flavours. There’s no mistaking this is Barossa Shiraz, tasty, juicy, fruity and very engaging. Medium tannins, medium acidity, satin texture and lengthy finish. Lots to like. Drink now and through 2023.
