Grassy and herbaceous bouquet with a core of white fleshed tree fruit - green apple then Kaffir lime and quince. Creamy and sweet on the palate with an abundance of acidity to contrast the sugar hit. Less herbaceous on the palate with a calmer rendition of green herb. Fruit flavours of apples and quince then honey and honeysuckle. Drink now and through 2021.
