Pegasus Bay Fortissimo Muscat 2016 Waipara Valley, North Canterbury

Very exotic and varietal bouquet of Muscat with flowers and fruits, perfumes and talc’. Very fruity and sweet on the palate with contrasting acidity. Flavours reflect the nose with many floral and dessert flavours, sultana and freshly baked goods. Long finish. Must serve with food such as spicy Asian soups or Pavlova. Drink now and through 2021.
