Amisfield Noble Sauvignon Blanc 2016 central Otago

Immediately varietal and grassy at the same time as being fruity, honeyed and with exotic aromas. Very sweet on the palate in a true dessert style, equally high in acidity as it is sweet then flavours of sweet herbs, honey, baked pineapple, angelica and apple. Quite delicious. Moderate length, well made and immediately drinkable. Best from today and through 2021.
