Catalina Sounds Pinot Gris 2018 Marlborough

Plush, ripe, fruity and fleshy bouquet. Lovely on the palate with flavours of white fleshed fruits, some citrus and whisper of tropical lychee. Some older wood spice and lees interact to add texture along with medium+ (ish) acidity and just warm alcohol. Balanced and well made in a drink now style. Best from early 2019 and through 2020.
