Pungent, fruity, lively, herbaceous and fresh bouquet. Zesty, fruity and dry on the palate with flavours of citrus peel, tropical fruits, apple and fresh herbs. A saline mineral layer, vibrant acidity, medium (ish) weight and lengthy finish. Balanced and well made. Drink now and through 2020.
