Copper orange and brassy hued appearance lead to aromas and flavours of apple and bruised apple, some yellow stone fruit, saffron and apricot, then pressed flowers. Moderate acidity and weight, light weight tannins and flavours that reflect the nose. An interesting wine with a mix of earthy and mineral qualities alongside some bruised fruit and aged wine characters. Overall drinkable today and through 2020. Best served with Paella type cuisines - full, rich and with contrasting flavours ans textures.
