Complex, youthful, engaging and beguiling bouquet. Aromas of dark raspberry and truffle, plum and old rose, brown baking spices, a whisper of fresh tobacco and wood smoke. Complex and dry on the palate with flavours that mirror the nose, a savoury mineral layer adds additional texture alongside firm youthful tannins and medium+ acidity. A wine still in early development stages - so be patient. Best drinking from 2020 (ish) through 2030+.
