Mahi Single Vineyard Boundary Farm Sauvignon Blanc 2016 Marlborough

The bouquet suggests a wine that has just enough bottle-development and complexity and now ready to enjoy. Aromas and flavours of red apple and lemon, grapefruit and spice. A mix of wild flowers and crushed rock mineral layers add complexity. There’s also tension on the palate with a fine phenolic grip accentuated by acidity. Overall balanced and lengthy finish. Drink now and through 2021.
