Distinctive bouquet with spice & sweet herb laced fruits of the orchard. Flavours on the palate show off apple, white peach and pear, a gentle sweet spice, fresh lychee and rose . Moderate+ acidity, some residual sugar weight and richness add depth and complexity. A lovely wine well suited to paté, salmon and brulée dishes. Drink now and through 2022.
