Fragrant, delicate, floral and gently spicy bouquet of Gewurz’. Aromas and flavours of fresh lychee, crisp red apple, jasmine and wild flowers then a cool bite of acidity. Silky texture, white pepper and spices then back to fruit flavours. Overall a lovely wine with a dry finish, delicate, fragrant and lengthy. Drink now and through 2022.
