Fragrant and fruity with a soft and gentle spice layer. Some minerality comes into focus with a wet rock scent suggestion and highlighting some florals. Just dry with a whisper of residual sweetness. Fruit flavours on the palate become more intense with pears and apples, some white nectarine and tropical fruit notes. Balanced, refreshing, spicy and lengthy. Drink now and through 2022.
