Some classic Otago Pinot fragrances with ripe red berry fruits lift, an equal intensity of oak with spice and complexity woven through. On the palate these ideas come alive as flavours with a lively structure from medium++ youthful acidity offering tension and contrast. Fine to moderate youthful tannins adding tension and poise leading to a long finish. Red berry, red cherry and a little wild raspberry. A lovely wine with potential in the cellar and immediate drinkability as well. Best from late 2019 through 2026.
