Mondillo Riesling 2018 Central Otago

Riesling must have an attractive bouquet laced with flowers, citrus, maybe some apple fruits and hopefully a ore of minerality - this wine ticks all those boxes. Sweet mandarin, Meyer lemon, red apple and minerality. Fresh and crisp with abundant acidity and zesty citrus peel offset by ripe fruit and a little residual sugar. Plenty of youthful energy and tension. Drink now and through 2026.
