Complex, fleshy and quite fruity with a core of red and white pear, red apple and spring flowers. Dry on the palate with a distinctive layer of acidity highlighting texture and palate feel. Flavours of citrus and pear then apple and mineral with a spice flick on the finish. Well made and drinking perfectly no and through 2023.
