Catalina Sounds Sound of White Chardonnay 2016 Marlborough

An elegant and sophisticated bouquet with aromas of wood spices and stone fruits, citrus and white flowers, wet stone and whisper of cheese. Dry with a medium+ weight, lots of tension and acidity adding to youthful textured presence and poise. As the wine relaxes on the palate the flavours of citrus and flowers then mineral return. Best drinking from late 2019 through 2025.
