Carrick Wines Bannockburn Chardonnay 2016 Central Otago

Balanced and alluring bouquet with a mix of wood spice and stone fruits, a layer of citrus and apple and gentle mineral pulse. Dry on the palate with a medium+ (ish) weight. Noticeable alcohol contrasted by peach and apple fruit flavours, medium acidity and sweet wood spice layers. Balanced and well made. Drink now and through 2022.
