Cam Douglas MS Promotional License

From 31 September 2020, you must subscribe as a Winery / Distributor or purchase a Bottle Sticker license to republish any Cam Douglas MS Score or Content.

Content refers to all wine reviews, including ratings of wines reviewed, as well as bottle sticker visuals both printed & digital. We grant you licenses to use  Bottle Stickers and / or Review Content from Cam Douglas MS subject to the following conditions.


Purchase of Winery / Distributor subscription:

  • You are able to republish any of Cam Douglas MS review content in your marketing or on your website for any of your wines that have been reviewed / tasted.

  • You are able to use the digital stickers in your marketing or on your website.

  • You are entitled to a 10% discount on printed bottle stickers for use on bottle in store.

  • You may only use this content in relation to wines you sell or distribute.

  • You may not under any circumstances alter, change or misrepresent the rating or ranking of any wine reviewed and they must be used in relation to the relevant wine reviewed.

By signing up to the Winery / Distributor subscription you agree to these terms.

Purchase of Printed / Digital Bottle Stickers:

  • You are able to use the digital stickers in your marketing or on your website.

  • You may use the review content related to the bottle sticker purchased for the promotion of the wine in conjunction with the bottle sticker in your marketing or on your website.

  • You are able to use the printed bottle stickers for use on the wine bottle in store.

  • You may only use this content in relation to wines you sell or distribute.

By purchasing Printed / Digital Bottle Stickers you agree to these terms.

If you use Cam Douglas MS content that is not in accordance with the above licenses or without a license, we are entitled to request the removal of the content on notice to you, and on receiving such notice you must immediately remove all references and links to the content from your marketing material or website. You will not be entitled to any refund or partial refund of any license or subscription fees in the event that we serve you such notice for non-compliance.
