Farewell Bridget

A shining star

Behind any wine label, in the winery and office team are the talented people who work tirelessly for a wine brand and Aotearoa’s wine sector. When we lose one of them to a tragic accident it touches the whole industry, we come together in grief, sadness, and to celebrate a life cut short. One of those shining stars lost recently is Bridget Glackin. Bridget managed the marketing behind Framingham Wines in Marlborough. I met Bridget on several occasions, we talked a lot on email, she would send me wine samples to evaluate and score. She will be remembered in so many ways, not the least of which through her children, her fantastic smile, always one to give a hug and always filled a room with positive energy.
