As a strategy for raising awareness of brand, wine, vineyard and the voice of a winemaker when restrictions on travel or time mean we cannot be there - social media can fill those gaps with amazing imagery and stories. Sometimes it is used in negative ways and I’m sure sure you’ve encountered stories in the popular press and other platforms that raise your blood pressure.
