Seresin Sauvignon Blanc 2018 (2 bottles)
Incorporating a small volume of Sémillon, this is a true reflection of Seresin Estate in a bottle. Subtle on the nose with warm notes of ripe yellow stone-fruit, soft passion fruit and a chalky-mineral complexity. The palate is layered and finely-textured, with ripe gooseberry, tropical and citrus notes, framed by a mouth-watering acidity, which creates a persistent finish.
Seresin Marama 2015 (2 bottles)
Made from the fruit from some of our oldest Sauvignon Blanc vines and barrel fermented in a mixture of new and old French oak barriques, Marama is a wine with its own clear identity. It is richly textured, with aromas of citrus, elderflower and a hint of honey-comb. The palate is complex and involving, with soft oak providing weight and generosity to the underlying Sauvignon characters. A tight and focused acidity creates a lingering finish.
Seresin Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2011 (2 bottles)
Made from a specific parcel of low-cropping vines within the Noa vineyard, this is a Sauvignon Blanc that is built to age gracefully. While this Sauvignon Blanc displays some of the trademark Marlborough characters, with floral, citrus and passion-fruit aromas all present, the whole is underpinned by a rich concentration and a flinty minerality. The palate is textural and harmonious, with a savoury complexity and a tight acidity that draws out the palate to a lingering finish.
